そんな思いで手間暇かけて丁寧に育てた有機葡萄や、
信頼のおける農家さんから譲っていただく
葡萄をワインに加工し販売しております。
我々恵那峡ワイナリーは皆さんに愛される商品を作り、
地域に貢献し、人に感謝し感謝される事業を
手掛けていきたいと日々取り組んでおります。
Hoping to create wine that can be enjoyed safely,
we use our own carefully grown organic grapes or grapes
from other reliable farmers at our winery here in Ena city, Gifu prefecture.
We at Enakyo Winery wish to make products to be loved by all.

恵那峡ワイナリーは2020年に新設された岐阜県恵那市にあるワイナリーです。母体であるチェリッシュ企画は障がい者介護事業を16年間続けておりワイン事業は、障がい者の自立を支援する事業の一つとして誕生しました。彼らの健康のためにも自社で栽培するぶどうは無農薬で行い、安心安全なぶどうを収穫し、人にも地球にもやさしい自然農法での農業を目指しています。将来、一人ひとりが自立した生活を営むことができるよう、農業での訓練を支援しながら本格的なワイン造りを手がけております。
Enakyo Winery was established in 2020 at Ena City, Gifu Prefecture. Owner company,
Cherish Kikaku Ltd., has worked in field of welfare for persons with disabilities since Sep., 2000.
Our winery project started as a part of supporting the independence of the disabled. Grapes grown in our fields are pesticide,
chemical free, and we aim for natural farming which is safe for human and the earth.
Through these agriculture and winery activities, we hope to produce quality wine and support the future of our beneficiaries.
